This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services, sessions, courses and programs booked through Heart The Healer.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers who wish to cancel a booking should contact us as early as possible.

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled session:
The customer may request rescheduling or an eligible refund, subject to the applicable service conditions.

Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session:
A cancellation charge may apply. Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and service booked.

No-Show:
If a customer does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the payment may be treated as non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule their appointment before the scheduled session.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to service-specific conditions.

3. When Refund May Be Provided

A refund may be considered in situations including:

• An eligible booking is cancelled within the permitted cancellation period.
• Heart The Healer is unable to provide a confirmed service.
• A duplicate payment has been received.
• Payment has been successfully received but the corresponding service cannot be delivered.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund may not be available when:

• The booked service has already been provided.
• The customer does not attend the scheduled session.
• Cancellation is made after the applicable cancellation period.
• The customer voluntarily stops or discontinues a service after it has been provided.
• The service has already been substantially delivered.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction, where technically possible.

The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer’s bank account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

6. Duplicate Payment

If you believe that you have made a duplicate payment, please contact us with:

• Name
• Mobile number
• Transaction ID
• Payment date
• Amount paid

We will verify the transaction and process an eligible refund where applicable.

7. Cancellation by Heart The Healer

If Heart The Healer needs to cancel a confirmed appointment, we may provide an alternative appointment or an eligible refund depending on the circumstances.
