- Refund Policy: Refunds will only be considered if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or appointments missed by the client.

- Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the session.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, but the full service fee will still apply.
